you should wear whatever colour your dress/top is, that's the rule i go by when wearing eyeshadow


If you are wearing a black outfit you should just wear black eyeliner with some sparkles

Your age does make a difference. You do not want to wear too much of any make up. For your youthful skin, keep it light, Wear a little blush and lip gloss.





As for the eyes, the fashion now is to try and match the color of your eyes. It does not matter what you are wearing. You may want to consider putting on a light base, like white or a very light and neutral. Then line your eye going upward with a light to medium blue. feather the color upward so that it is darker on the lids at the crease. You can put a small amount on the bottom lid but do not let it look like it was smudged on. Remember it only takes a small amount to get the effect you need. The white or lighter color at the top of the lid make the eyes look much larger and open up the eyes.





Do not use the metallic colors. Those are for older women and for night time use. Please do not even consider the grays and browns that are smudged on. They only make you look cheap.

hey! so i am 13 too, and i think that at this age, it is great to make our eyes pop!! i would suggest a sparkly white eyeshadow or a light blue eyeshadow. golds and pinks will also look pretty. just stay away from greens. even though golds and pinks will look good, i would stick with the sparkly white and light blue.
I have Blue/Green eyes, and they change colour.

get a eyeshadow colored brown, either a bit darker than your skin tone, or a bit lighter,


this makes mascara stand out more!


some black mascara, and some brown eyeliner,


makes the blue stand out, its a really good trend to wear.
