i think it depends on how light/dark your hair is :








dark brunette? then go with emerald green





brunette with gold highlights? go with electric blue





almost a dirty blonde? hazel with only a teeny bit of brown





blonde? dark brown to deep amber is adorable





platinum blonde? dark blue or amber compliments nicely





red head? dark forest green, light blue, or gray looks the cutest





black hair? light blue and gray is lovely





(i am saying other colors so like if you dye your hair or something it will look pretty and compatible.)

If you want your eyes to stand out then blue or green is best.
