What can i do to make my eye color more noticeable?

I have dark brown eyes i mean really dark so dark that I thought that they were pure black but then I looked closer and saw a bit of brown in there lol! I also have really dark brown hair too so should I dye my hair or wear eye shadow? and if that's the answer what color dye and what color eye shadow thanks :) oh also I'm Haitian if it matters.....What can i do to make my eye color more noticeable?
i have dark brown eyes and dark hair along with a darker skin tone. I usually wear eyeshadows, since you have brown eyes you can pretty much wear any color you want and it will look good. My main colors that make my eyes really pop are black,brown,purple, soft gold tones and pink. I also wear black or brown eyeliner and black mascara.





You can also buy eyeshadows for your eye color, physician's formula has really nice shimmery colors for brown eyes for both smokey eyes and everyday looks. I would recommend purples, golds, and browns. These are the ways you can make your eyes pop. Purples, and golds have been known to bring out brown eyes, and going you same color is also a great way to make them pop. It is also good to go your opposite color, but with brown eyes it's not that possible since it is not a primary color, and it probably would just look weird since I am assuming you have darker skin, and it would show up so much. I personally think that dark hair makes eyes stand out more.
