Bright and fun colors, such as pinks, purples, blues, and greens (cool colors) would work great. Stay away from reds, yellows, and most oranges (warm colors). So, in general, choose mostly cool colors to direct away from the darkish/warm hues of your hair (even though you may not ever SEE red in your hair, if you have darker/browner hair, that means it's ACTUALLY composed of more red hues). You could also try using neutral shades and dark, smokey shades (try creating an iconic smokey eye). Plus, silvers, golds, and bronzes work well on your skin/hair/eye colors.

pink looks good. and always wear eyeliner. just thin little lines on the bottom AND top. and blue looks pretty good. and a shimmery burnt light brown color looks aweome! and i realized that red looks awesome! like hella bright red!!

To have a nice natural looking eye use browns, golds, beiges, and rose colors. One of those packs that comes with two or more colors already together will work. Look for something in neutrals or with a pink tone to it.
brown eyes can wear any shade of eyeshadow and it looks good. but for everyday most people wear light creams, tans, golds, bronze and browns.
Since you have brown hair and brown eyes i think gold, creamy and brown color will look good on you
